TERMS & CONDITIONS 

PAYMENT AND DEPOSIT

We require a 50% non-refundable Deposit within 24hrs to confirm any custom cake, custom cupcake or custom cookie orders, to hold the date requested, If deposit is not completed within this time your order will not be placed. The remaining 50% is due 3 weeks before the delivery date, at which point all changes to order must be confirmed (changes to the previously agreed design may incur extra fees). Orders placed less than 3 weeks in advance of the delivery date must be paid in full.

REFUNDS

Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances due to any loss of business from turning away other orders on the requested date. Orders paid in full and cancelled with more than 3 weeks notice will receive a partial refund of 50% of the total amount paid. If any inconvenience is caused by Carmelina Cakes and we need to cancel your order for any reason, then we will negotiate to ensure a fair partial refund. If you do not wish to accept our suggested alternative, then we will issue you a full refund.

PRODUCT VARIATIONS

All images of custom cakes, cupcakes and cookies on the website are examples of what we have done. All our products are hand made and can be ordered in different styles and sizes to suit your needs, please fill out the contact form if you wish to make an enquiry about custom orders.
